Joty Paparello has served as Chief Human Resource Officer since October 2020 and has previously held various HR Leadership positions since joining Strategy in October 2002.
Prior to joining Strategy, Ms. Paparello started her career in Human Resources at AOL, one of the early pioneers of the Internet in the mid-1990s, responsible for the design and execution of equity programs.
Ms. Paparello received a B.S. in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
