MicroStrategy Education Services provides Certification Programs to ensure our partners have the technical skills required to develop and implement business intelligence applications based upon the MicroStrategy platform. We expect all of our partners to invest in training their staff to develop a clear understanding of our software's capabilities as well as to become proficient with our technology. Our goal in educating you through these programs is to help your consulting force create innovative BI applications to address our customers' existing and emerging business challenges.

Your staff has the ability to provide tremendous value and return on investment to our customers. MicroStrategy education can assist your team in leveraging their potential. The knowledge and skills we impart on your consultants will empower you to gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace and greatly enhance your BI solution development capabilities.

Your success is our success, and the key to successful implementations is getting the training you need when you need it. We encourage our customers to only use certified MicroStrategy resources and will only endorse those partners who have certified consultants.

As a partner of MicroStrategy, you are required to invest in training your staff. MicroStrategy expects certification to be at the cornerstone of every consultant's training plan so that you can effectively and successfully staff MicroStrategy engagements with well-trained consultants. The certification programs we offer are modular in structure, enabling your staff to take the pre-requisite courses when they need them at their own pace and then test their knowledge through written exams and hands-on project work.

Requirement of Every Partner: MicroStrategy Certification
Every partner is expected to become a MicroStrategy Certified Engineer (MCE). This status can be attained by successfully passing the MicroStrategy Certified Engineer (MCE) Program, which serves as the foundation training program for all partners. Every partner consultant involved in a MicroStrategy project should have MCE status. MicroStrategy endorses any partner who has consultants who are MicroStrategy Certified: List of partners who have MCEs.

For those consultants who are responsible for specific tasks throughout the project life cycle, you may choose to get those individuals certified in a particular functional area. MicroStrategy offers seven (7) focus-area Certification Programs that focus on a functional area and are designed to validate proficiency in a certain aspect of full life-cycle development and deployment using the MicroStrategy platform. Although this does get your consultant certified to serve in a particular MicroStrategy project team role, it does not grant them MCE status.
