Continuing Education Series Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I register for a course?
Please fill out a course registration form. Please download a registration form, or you may request a registration form via the toll-free Information Line at 1-877-232-7168 or by emailing education@microstrategy.com. A completed and signed registration form must be provided to MicroStrategy for each student who wishes to attend a course.

2. What is the price to attend a course?
The tuition fee to attend a Continuing Education Series offering is $700/person/day. Please be aware that the Continuing Education Series is NOT covered under PEP. PEP members are entitled to a 25% discount on the tuition fee ($525/person/day)..

3. Why is the Continuing Education Series not covered under PEP?
The courses covered under PEP are found here. MicroStrategy currently offers 33 unique courses under the PEP program, which amounts to 50 days of public training, more than $30,000 worth of courses available to attend under PEP. In addition, all the online courses available are covered under PEP which represents hundreds of hours of training content. New online courses will continue to be added in 2008.

4. Can a customer use Learning Units to pay for these courses?
The valid payment methods to attend our Continuing Education Series are check, credit card, or Purchase Order. However, customers who have purchased an education package in 2008 will be able to redeem 1 Learning Unit per person to attend a one-day course. This provides selected customers a reduced tuition fee and rewards them for committing to an education package in 2008.
