MicroStrategy Education

Registration Information

Regional Classes:
All regional classes begin promptly at 9:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM.

Onsite Classes:
Many of our courses can be customized with your data and delivered onsite. Options range from custom certification for clients and partners to instructor-led courses and media-based applications for large numbers of end users. Enrollment:
To secure enrollment in a regional class, MicroStrategy must receive your registration information and the enrollment fee. Registration may be submitted by mail, facsimile or email, but must be in writing. You can download the MicroStrategy Registration Form from this site.

Confirmation:
You will receive your official confirmation package via email or fax with hotel information, directions, etc. within 2-3 business days.

Payment:

  • MicroStrategy accepts only credit cards, Learning Units, PEP enrollments or checks sent in advance as forms of payment. Payment must be received prior to the start date of class. Enrollments under PEP Contracts that are not yet confirmed by MicroStrategy may require a credit card as a back-up to guarantee enrollment.
  • Use of Learning Units is contingent on a sufficient amount of Learning Units left on your company's account at the time of registration and the account must be fully paid. If it is discovered that there is an insufficient amount of Learning Units left, the customer will be asked to remit payment for the difference by credit card or check. The Learning Unit price will apply to the balance due.
  • Credit cards are charged at the time of registration and receipts are faxed to the cardholder.
  • Checks should be made out to MicroStrategy Inc. and mailed to:

Cancellation Policy:

Regional, Public Courses

  • To avoid 50% cancellation fee, notification of cancellation must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the start date of the class. Students canceling within 10 business days of the start date of the class will be charged half of the standard enrollment fee.
  • You may reschedule into the same class at a later date (same location only) or substitute students without penalty if you do so at the time of cancellation. In this case, your tuition payment will be held as a credit and applied toward the rescheduled class or substitute student. Rescheduling will not entitle you to a refund or credit on your card; your tuition payment will be held as a credit for the next time you come to class. This policy applies to all courses, regardless of promotions, discounts, annual programs or other Education Agreements.
  • No-Show Policy: If a student does not show up for class, the customer thereby forfeits the full tuition fee. A student registered under the PEP program who does not show up for class will be invoiced for the full tuition at list price. PEP privileges may be suspended until restitution is made.
  • MicroStrategy Education reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. Students will receive their choice of a full refund or rescheduling. A credit will be placed on file, which must be used within twelve (12) months of original notice of cancellation. If the credit is not used within the time frame outlined above, the participant will forfeit the full tuition fee.

Onsite, Private Courses
If an onsite course is cancelled within six to ten business days prior to commencement, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If the course is cancelled within five business days or less prior to commencement, a 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
