Let MicroStrategy Assist You in Building a Training Plan for your MicroStrategy Implementations!

MicroStrategy offers Education Assessments, which are conducted onsite by a MicroStrategy Education Specialist to assist in building a training plan for your technical staff and end user community. An Education Assessment enables MicroStrategy to acquire a better understanding of the roles within your project team, the current knowledge level of the people in those roles, and the knowledge required to ensure product mastery and proficiency for those identified roles. It also helps determine the best approach to end user training to ensure user acceptance and success with your application.

During an Education Assessment a MicroStrategy Education Specialist will ask a series of questions about your project, your project team, and your user community to determine the best approach to training each individual in their functional area. MicroStrategy will walk through their education methodology for establishing a training plan for each user group (project team and web end users) as well as options available to ensure effective knowledge transfer. MicroStrategy will share best practices and methods for deploying training to a web user community based on the profile of your users (type of users, location of users, quantity of users and learning behavior of users).

MicroStrategy will spend one to two hours at your location meeting with various individuals to gather the information required to formulate a training strategy. MicroStrategy will then document their findings and make training recommendations to meet your specific needs. Ultimately, a training assessment will ensure your organization’s business goals are met by establishing a thorough training plan that will identify the training required to build the knowledge, skills, and comfort among your staff to ensure a successful MicroStrategy deployment.
