PEP Program Change for 2008Beginning January 1, 2008, certification exams and projects will no longer be FREE under the Perennial Education Pass (PEP) Program. For individuals who purchase a new PEP after December 31, 2007, certification exams will cost $200 per exam. Retake exams will also cost $200 per exam. If you are not yet a member of our PEP Program, MicroStrategy encourages you to join now. Certification Benefits for Current PEP MembersExisting PEP members will continue to enjoy free certification privileges. As long as you renew your PEP, you will continue to have access to certification exams and projects under your annual PEP membership fee. And if you are already certified — pass along this benefit to someone else by renewing. Don’t let your PEP lapse! Certification exams are administered on MicroStrategy Testing Days, where you can take up to three focus-area certification exams in one day. MicroStrategy currently offers nine focus-area certification exams. The certification projects for attaining MicroStrategy Certified Engineer (MCE) and MicroStrategy Certified Developer (MCD) status are excluded from the PEP program. Standard tuition fees apply to those programs. Expanded Training Schedule for PEP Members in 2008If you are currently a member of PEP, MicroStrategy encourages you to remain in the program – there are many new and exciting courses to come! For 2008, MicroStrategy will add 10% more public training days and will continue to expand our reach bringing training to more cities across the United States. You can also expect a significant increase in the number of online courses available for PEP members. And remember, you already have access to more than 30 unique instructor-led courses, and any new instructor-led course created in 2008 will be covered under PEP.
