We Provide the Training
Before being sent into the field, all MicroStrategy consultants, veterans and recent graduates must complete a rigorous six-week training program. During this “boot camp,” consultants receive the equivalent of a masters-level course on e-business solutions. A series of projects, written exams, and presentations test retention and competence. All hires are conditional upon passing our intensive training program.

Following boot camp, consultants enter a field-readiness program to prepare them for real world consulting assignments. New consultants are teamed up with a tenured MicroStrategy mentor. All MicroStrategy consultants receive continuing training on new and evolving technologies. We invest in this training to ensure that every MicroStrategy consultant that walks through your door is fully prepared to add value to your project.
