Since 1989 MicroStrategy has built a team of outstanding individuals across the company. We currently have more than 1,000 employees in 20 different countries throughout the world. In the U.S. we have 689 employees, including 542 who are located at our headquarters in McLean, VA.
MicroStrategy has a very educated, diverse, and dedicated workforce that blends the talents of industry veterans with top scholars from the most academically challenging and prestigious schools in the world. Within our workforce:
- 95% of all employees have a college degree and of those that have a degree, 44% have at least a Master's degree and 5% have a Ph.D.
- 38% of all employees are from abroad representing 34 different countries
- 50% of all employees have been with the company more than 3 years
