MicroStrategy Beta Consultants travel the world to gather customer feedback on new features in our software and gather requirements and ideas to further improve our products.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Process oriented and ability to pay close attention to details;
- Team-oriented individual
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
- Work closely with our engineering and QE departments to learn our products and new features;
- Develop presentations and workshops to be used on client sites to demo and test new product functionality;
- Visit clients around the world to install, demo and test new products;
- Rapidly implement new applications at client sites to showcase MicroStrategy’s products;
- Collect feedback on newly developed features;
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
- Gather ideas for future enhancements;
- Work with engineering and QE during the design of new features suggested by customers
